I am so sorry for your loss. Although, I do not know your family personally, I would like to share some encouraging thoughts from the Bible. The Bible provides comfort during these difficult times. Revelation 21:3-4 states, And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. Very soon now, we will never experience losing our loved ones in death and we will be able to see them again once they resurrected as per John 5:28-29. May these words give you a new hope.

Greg and family,
We are so sorry to hear of your dad's passing. I worked with Tom for many years at the DOT. He was not only a supervisor but a real friend to me and to many others who knew him. I was blessed to know him and pray that the Comforter be with all of you during this time. I hope it helps that all of you know that Tom's life will be remembered for a very long time.

Family,
As Tom closed his eyes and drew his last breath on earth, he opened his eyes and began to breathe freely in heaven. I hope this willl bring comfort to you knowing Tom is no longer in pain and is walking with Jesus. He will be missed by his family and freinds. Dear Ann, Pam, and Greg,
Tom was Daddy's best friend. I will always remember his great sense of humor and his kindness. I grew up with your family in our lives. When we lost Mom, he was the first person I wanted to be a part of her funeral. She thought the world of him too. He will be greatly missed....I know fishing was never the same when Tom could no longer go with daddy. My prayers are with you all, we loved Tom, he was the best. I know daddy will miss him.

I only known Tom a short time while taking care of him.. In that time I grew very fond of him and could tell what a wonderful man that he was.. I cherish the time that I got to spend with him and also taking care of him.. What a wonderful loving wife that he has... A wonderful son and daughter in law as well. Deepest sympathy to this beautiful family, especially Ann and Peggy. I loved this man so very much and was always delighted to get the opportunity to spend time with him. What strength and courage he had and I never heard him complain about his health. He was always happy and had some wonderful memories to share. One of a kind and he and my brother, Tom, were good friends and I know they will be delighted to see each other.
