While we are feeling sad for our earthly loss of a true Angel. We can rejoys in the knowledge that she can touch so many more hearts with those rather large Angel wings that she wears so gracefully, and that beautiful raidiant smile, just helping and nurturing hearts because that's what she only knows. Now she finds that forever peace, but she'll probably get right to work --but with a great big smile... Cause that's what Angels do.
To the Weaver and Shatley family's, my thoughts and prayers are with you and yours and just know that Aunt Jeannie was the light that made it shine for so many, many more lucky people.
She was truly loved. She truly loved. She is love.
God bless

I was so blessed to have known Mrs. Weaver for a short while, since they have been at Forest Ridge where my Mom lives.
I love her and Mr. Weaver and you are all in my prayers.
A life well lived and her legacy lives on through you all.
There is no goodbye for friends in The Lord, only brief separation...the tears will dry...reunion is near...together in the New Creation
Love;

An amazing life that helped shape and positively impact the lives of those she taught. Ours were two of those lives. She remained a strong encourager through the years long after we left her classroom. We knew she desired the very best for us always.

Aunt Jeannie was a larger than life presence in my childhood and my growing up years. While both sides of my family had an abundance of hard-working professional women, Jeannie stood out among them. She was kind and smart and generous, as sweet and thoughtful as anyone I've ever known. I was aware that her health was fragile, with numerous hospitalizations and crises going back as far as I can remember, but her strength was impressive. Aunt Jeanie was tough in the way that mountain women of her generation tended to be. Those of us who can make it will gather next week to pay our respects to a beloved aunt and an inspiring presence in our lives. To say that she will be missed is a colossal understatement.
