Connie, Martin and Mariah,
I was so sorry to hear of Eddie's passing. I was out of state hunting when I got the sad news. I wish I could have been there to speak with you personally. I considered Eddie to be a good friend and he was a man with an impeccable reputation in the lumber business and with his friends. I am sincerely fortunate for having known him and for having had him as a friend, which is the highest tribute that I can offer. You all have been in my thoughts and prayers this week and even though there is a great loss personally, we have the comfort to know that he has the accolade of a job well done as a good and faithful servant from our Lord Jesus Christ. I know that I am a better person for having known Eddie as a friend I will continue to pray for you and I will keep hold of the good memoires of time spent in friendship with Eddie.
