Nancy and family, so sad to hear about your mom, she always looked forward to staying with you and know it was lonely at home after your dad passed away. She was so much fun and loved talking to her, never a dull minute. She enjoyed life and had so many friends and special neighbors. Shirley would visit us in our shop to get flowers for the decoration. I would always tell her how nice she looked. She was a sweet kind lady and we will miss seeing her. May God bless and comfort each of you.

Shirley was the best neighbor anyone could ever ask for. We came under her watchful eye over 12 years ago when we moved in across the road. It was so comforting having her there. We told everyone that our house was safe because we had the best guard around that lived just across the street. She filled our hearts with joy even if it was just a wave from the front porch, or a call just to say hi. We love her dearly and will miss her so much.

Nancy, so sorry for your loss, Shirley was a one of a kind Mother to you. She is a very special person to me also. I can remember how excited she would get around Christmas time. She could make the best cheese sandwiches! “Nanc” as she called you, you both were not like Mother and Daughter, you were more, you were best friends. She stuck up for you and you for her. Remember nothing is wrong with your mom, her earthly body has departed, but Shirley is still and always will be alive. She is OK, well not OK, she is better than that, she is with God.
