I totally cannot believe I am sharing thoughts on the obituary of Amanda Miller. Amanda has touched so many lives with her kind spirit and loving heart. On the days I got to see Amanda or message with her, she always made me laugh or smile and I always felt uplifted after hearing from her or seeing her. Sweet friend, I know the second you left us you were with Jesus and I just can’t imagine how happy your dad was to see you. If you come across my dad give him the same hugs you gave me and tell him I love him and that it won’t be long til we will be joining y’all. Heaven gets much sweeter with each passing day and how happy you must be there. I k ow you loved tour sweet boys with everything in you and they loved you. I always enjoyed the pictures of the good times you seemed to continually have with them. We will pray and ask God to place a hedge around them and provide for them like you always have as their loving mother. Fly right up there girl. As long as we remain here we will miss you and will always have another reason to look up and “wink” at the sky. Thank you for being an amazing friend.

We were in separable from our freshman year of high school on, and was the last time I talked to her on Monday. Dear family. I am very sorry to have read of the recent death of your loved one, Mary. Please accept my sincere condolences. I would like to share something that I have personally found to be very comforting. It is found in the Bible at John 5:28,29 and also Revelation 21:3-5. These verses tell us that soon God is going to bring about a resurrection of our dear loved ones, as well as do away with all of the many causes we have for suffering, including sickness, pain & death. Knowing these truths have always comforted me and it is my hope that these thoughts from the Bible will likewise comfort your family and will also ease some of your pain during this most difficult time in your lives. I have also found very comforting information about what hope there is for our dead loved ones on jw.org.
