So sorry to hear of Buddy's passing. He was a sweet friend in high school. Seeing the obituary brought a sweet smile and tears. I have nothing but fond memories of him.

Angie and Jonathan, So sorry to hear of Buddy passing. We have so many good memories visiting your mom and dad when we were dating. Buddy would always set on my lap. We loved your family. Mack will never forget them. He said many times that Marcella was his second mom.

Buddy was my guy. Always full of life and didn't mind helping me with my car issues back when I didn't know a thing about fixing cars, lol. He will be missed. Sincerest condolences to the family and everyone he touched with his gentle spirit.

Mr, Grimes was full of spirit. He hated when I called him Mr. Grimes and would say, "don't call me that, I'm James or Buddy". He was my buddy. He was a mess and would give me a hard time--in a joking and friendly way. I will miss his jokes and stories and him making me squeeze him an appointment in ..as he would say..."tell them to get me in here quick" no matter how many patients we had waiting. We would laugh at that and he would sit at my desk until they came to get him. We would talk about old times and we both think that he knew my dad, which was pretty cool. I really will miss him, although he was sick and I hated to see him like that, I looked forward to him coming in and joking with me and me telling him every time.... "you know you're a mess James and he would say, I know it. No matter how he felt he would always smile and joke with me.
Many blessing and prayers to the family and May God give you all strength and comfort today and all days to come.
