To The Family: Fred will be missed by the church and community of Rich Hill. Fred and I shared the same love for fishing. Growing up on Rich Hill, I always wanted to go catch a big trout out of Fred's Trout Pond. Take comfort knowing that he has been reunited with Virginia in Heaven. Bobby and Family, Our hearts were sad when we heard of your Dads passsing. We missed him today at church. He always received the offering for us. I met Fred years ago when I was married to his step son Tommy Hartsie who passed away a few years ago and our son Derik Hartsoe 28 years old who also went to be with the Lord April 20th of this year. I know you are all together now. There is a great reunion in heaven this week. I will miss them all so very much. Fred was always so kind to me and loved Derik as a grandson. May God be with the family at this sad time.
