We knew Retha through my brother-in-law Jerry and my sister Pam.
She was one of the few people who you could truly say had a heart of gold, and she had a smile that would warm your heart to see.
Retha you will be missed, and will always be loved.

The things that stand out in my mind about Aunt Retha is the way she and Uncle Glen always took us in and had a place for Mom and Me. I have also always been so touched by her generosity at Christmas and how she always remembered my babies when she had such a big family to remember of her own. May God bless and strenghten each of her family in a special way.My mother thought of her like her own sister.

Mike and Sharon and the rest of the family,
I know Retha was a wonderful Mom and a great person. I know you will truly miss her, but you have so many wonderful memories. I pray God will wrap his loving arms around all of you and get you through all this the next few days. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. It was good to finally meet alot of Mike's family last night at the funeral home. We love Mike to death. He is the best brother-in-law anyone could ask for. God bless all of you.

My beautiful Granny. I love you so very much and am already lost without you here. I miss seeing you everyday but I take comfort in the fact that I know you are in heaven. Everybody has times in their lives when they feel that they are alone or that there is no one they can count on. My granny was always there for me, she never let me down and she never turned her back on me. She was so kind and giving. I will never forget her and all the things she did for me. I just hope that I did all I could for her and I hope that she knew how very much she meant to me. I Love You, I Love You, I Love You!! Don't take each other for granted on this earth because our time here is shorter than we may know.
