Greta, Keg and Lynn,
We have always thought so much of Jim. He was always there for his family (and many others) and he was always such a big fan of whoever was playing ball. He will be so missed- although by none as much as you. Our hearts are sad for you and we hope one day soon you find yourselves able to smile at the happy memories you have of him. With love, Steve & Stephanie Hart

Greta and Lynn I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your husband and father. I know you cherrished him. I knew he loved sports. It hurts so bad to loose some one you love so dearly. I lost my father in April, so this it truly from the heart. It's a very difficult thing to face and deal with, but when you know they are in that beautiful land by the River of Life, not suffering anymore and will be there with many loved ones who've gone on before, it eases our minds somewhat, but that void is still there. So many memories and thoughts to deal with. It's the memories and the loving hand of God that helps us through. With his help, you can make it through. He is there with you all the way. One day you will meet again on Heaven's beautiful shore. Won't that be a wonderful day? I pray that God will give you abundant strength to pull you through all the days ahead and watch over you. You all are in my prayers. Love you.

Greta, Lynn, and Keg, I wish I had some words that could bring you comfort but from past experence the only comfort is from prayer and time with your thoughts. The last day I had with Jimmy was about 2 mths ago he was looking at Randy's driveway and deciding what to do to fix it, he walked all over the place and had no trouble breathing, he said he felt the best he had in quite some time. He was a great Man, very proud of his family, and very giving to his friends, I am very happy to say I was one of his many friends.

Keg, Josh, Rachel, Greta, & Lynn: I am so sorry I missed showing my respects to Jim and your family. I kept watching for the obituary and missed it I guess. But, I absolutely loved Jim! He was so relaxing and comforting to be around. Our ball games just wouldn't have been the same without him. Your family was very fortunate to be able to spend what time God allowed you to spend with him. What an honor for you and us to be able to call him Dad, Honey, Grandpa, and Friend. A great friend indeed! I will miss him.

Dear Greta, Keg and Lynn,
I am so sorry to hear of Uncle Jim's passing. It is so hard to let go of those we love so dearly. However, with much love comes much pain. I pray your greatest comfort will come from knowing Jesus and the peace of eternal security. You will see him again and he is in the presence of Jesus now. Wow, what peace that thought can bring. I know you will miss him, we still miss Mom and Daddy every day. I will be praying for you in the days ahead. Just remember, Jesus promised He would never leave you or forsake you. Trust in Him to get you through the tough days and talk about Uncle Jim always...it keeps him alive for you all.God bless you. Love, Kim and Family
