Betty was always an inspiring lady who had a wonderful impact on the lives of everyone who knew her. For us, there will always be the special memories of her playing the piano and singing "I'd Rather Have Jesus Than Anything" and "It is No Secret What God Can Do." Thank you, LORD, for the life of Betty Grubb. Comfort her family with Your presence in the coming days, we pray.

I have many great memories of Aunt Betty. Her abilities have always amazed me. I smile as I think back to her doing "The Betty Wood Show" in her living room on the piano. It was the only way she could get us kids to take our afternoon nap during the summer. I'll miss you Betty!

I got to know Betty and Bill through taking my mom to Camp Dogwood (Irene Mizell). My mom and Betty became VERY good friends. So much so that I had started calling Betty my second mom--I love her very much! My husband and I got married in September and she had to make sure to get us a gift--I will cherish that set of sheets for the rest of my life. We both (my husband and I) will miss her greatly. Our prayers are with all the family. Love you Bill!

Dear family,
We were saddened to learn of Mrs. Grubb's passing, but happy too because now she is with Jesus and can see Him. Her musical talents were always amazing to me. You all are a special family to us. Aaron, Ashton keeps asking for "Bubba." May God bless you all during this difficult time, but be comforted in knowing she is in a place where you can go too, and never be parted again.
Love & prayers,

One of my most recent memories of my great aunt Betty happened at her church in Baldwin. I had traveled to Todd to visit with my granny Holmam in late 2010. During my visit, I decided to go to church with my aunt Jan Eller. I remember how empty the church felt that morning without Betty being there to lead the congregation in song. She will be greatly missed by all.

Dear Billy, Kenny & family, what a shock when we heard about Betty's Home going. She has been through a lot lately and God took her home. Now she can see her Blessed Saviour and walk and talk with Him and her love ones that have gone on before.
I am so thankful for having her for a special friend all these years and for our long chats on the telephone since we moved to Maryland. She always sounded so cheerful even when she didn't feel very good and never complained. We talked about the good old times we had together years ago and they were great times too. Times I will never forget and all the precious memories of her. Thank you for bringing her to visit us when we were down home and for all our telephone chats with both you and Betty.
We are praying for you and your family during this diffcult time.
We love you all.
May God cradle you in His loving arms
Cecil, Myrtle Jean & the Worley's.

Of all the piano players during round up at Camp Dogwood she was the best. I will miss hearing her play the theme song from Icecastle and Beulah Land. They were my favorites. Betty, you won't be here to play for Cora Beth's wedding, but you will be remembered. During a lifetime there are few people you meet that are like Betty. She was always smiling and asking about others and never said a harmful word about anyone. She loved God and everyone he created.
