Mrs. Sandra Irene Anderson Jackson, better known as "Sandy" age 62, of Todd passed away Wednesday morning, March 9, 2011 at Segraves Nursing Care Center in Jefferson. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 11:00am at Bethany United Methodist Church with Rev. Owen Peeler officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm on Friday, March 11, 2011 at Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Jackson was born in New Jersey on Saturday, November 13, 1948 to Robert (Bob) and Elsie West Anderson. Sandy graduated from University of South Carolina. She worked on the Copper Kettle Board, Foster Care Board and volunteered at the Sharing Center. She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Craig Jackson; a son, Andrew Craig (Drew) Jackson, Jr., of Todd; a daughter, Margaret Elizabeth (Mag) Kihlstrom and husband, Kelsey, of Chapel Hill, NC; her parents, Robert C. and Elsie Anderson, of Florence, SC; a brother, Robert F. Anderson, of Columbia, SC; a brother-in-law Glenn Jackson and wife, Linda; a sister-in-law, Brenda Liu and husband Dai Kee; three nieces Laura, Kathryn and Suzannah and two nephews Robbie and Jay also survive.
