Stephanie Anne Hart June 21, 1967 August 28, 2011 Mrs. Stephanie Anne Francis Hart, age 44, of West Jefferson died Sunday night, August 28, 2011 at North Carolina Baptist Hospital. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at 3:00pm at Bethany United Methodist Church with Rev. Own Peeler and Rev. Ken Morris officiating. Stephanie was born in Chapel Hill, NC on Wednesday June 21, 1967 to the late William Raymond (Bill) Francis, Jr. and to Jerrie Edwards Francis. She is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and ASU with a masters degree. She worked for the County of Ashe as a social worker. Stephanie will be missed by her family and many friends, her contagious laughter and smile will always remain in their memory. She is survived by her husband, of 20 years, Steve Hart; her mother Jerrie Edwards Francis, of West Jefferson; her grandmother, Agnes Baldwin, of West Jefferson; a sister, Michele Lemly and husband, Keith, of Fleetwood; a niece, Hannah Lemly and a nephew, Tatum Lemly, and a host of family and friends.
