I don't know where to begin. I do know that Davey, better known to most of us as Gravey, was one of the kindest people I had ever known. I have so many memories of him that will never be lost. He and my uncle Eric Hopkins were like brothers. Now that they both have left this earth I only have the memories to hold onto. Family, I will continue to pray that the Lord with give you comfort that only He knows how. Turn to Him for encouragement and support. So long my ol' pal. You may be gone, but will always remain in my heart.

me and davy went to school together and there were lots of great times...lots of laughs...i havent seen him in years but i'll never forget the great times. i will continue to pray for your family. just remember he's in Gods arms now...with love...

It has been over a year since he died but the first time I looked at the candles. I have not been able to get over the fact that he's gone. I hadn't seen him for years then all the sudden. I loved Davy with all my heart since a young age. We had a special bond that even now I want to call him and say hi. He torchered me most of my youth. He nicknamed me boomer because he said I made the floor of the gum shake when I walked. But that was probably why I loved him so much. I sometimes dream about you riding around in some old piece of shit that you called home. I would love to work with someone out there to have a some kind of service since there never was.
