Mr. David Arthur Rowland, Jr., age 33 of Millers Creek passed away Monday at his residence. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mr. Rowland is survived by: His wife Christie Huffman Rowland Two daughters Alexis Rowland of the home Autumn Rowland of the home Father David Rowland of Rising Sun, MD Mother Lisa Seagle of West Jefferson Grandmother Marilyn Rowland of Oxford, PA One brother Charlie Seagle of West Jefferson Three sisters Felica Rowland of Maryland Heather Rowland of Maryland Lora Thompson of West Jefferson Several nieces & nephews also survive.
