Mr. Lawrence Ervin Hoffman, better known as "Larry", age 50, of Warrensville, passed away Sunday afternoon, December 21, 2008 at Wake Forest University Baptist Hospital. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 2pm at Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gregg Plott officiating. Burial will follow in the Weaver Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00pm on Saturday, one hour prior to the celebration of life and other times at the home of Nancy Hoffman. Mr. Hoffman was born in Orange County, California on Monday, July 28, 1958 to the late Lawrence Ervin Hoffman and Annie Louise Branch Hoffman. He was an Executive Vice-President for Epitome System. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Weaver Hoffman of the home; four sons Matthew Hoffman, AJ Hoffman and Josh Hoffman, all of Warrensville and Jason Hoffman of Lenoir; three daughters, Krissy Hoffman of Lansing, Lori Hoffman of Warrensville and Brandy South of Lenoir; his mother, Annie Louise Hoffman of Hudson; a sister, Teresa Hoffman of Hudson; his mother-in-law, Polly Weaver of Warrensville; five grandchildren also survive.
