Ernie and family,
Thinking of you as you say good bye to your dad. That is the hardest thing I have ever had to do so you all are in our prayers. Norman was a character and I have always thought so much of him. Even when caring for him in the nursing home he always displayed his sense of humor. Heaven surely has another angel. "you too Norman".

We all will miss seeing him at the Carpenter Reunion each year, He and Mom were the two oldest ones in the Carpenter family and now they are in heaven and will be able to see each other again, along with Dad and your Mom and I know they are rejoicing all together. Remember the family is in our thoughts and prayers at this time.

I got to know and LOVE Norman from taking care of him at Segraves Care Center. He was definitely a character, fun to be around and most of all a wonderful man. I would always walk by his room or by him when he was sitting up and blow him kisses, he would blow me one right back and grin the biggest!!!! I am blessed to have known him and will always treasure that BIG smile on his face and the memories. Family I am so sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers... With love Angie
