We will miss you Ga. My fondest memories of Ga are when she lived with us in Florida and we would watch Star Trek and have a "nice" cup of tea. Ga used to get her hair poofed and hairsprayed and one day we dropped a penny in it and it took a bit of work to get out.

On behalf of my mother, Jackie and me, her daughter I am writing about our memories of Terry. We lived a few miles from Terry and her family in FLorida for several years I remember going to their house and visiting many times. After we moved to N.C. Terry and my mother kept in touch until the day Terry went to Heaven. I received most of my updates about Terry from my mother, for they were great letter writers and phone buddies. She was a true friend to my mom and my mom will miss her GREATLY. What a joy to think that some day we will all be together again in Heaven!! My prayers are with the whole family at this time.

We didn't have the privilege of really knowing Terry. *smile* But, we know her daughter, Susan, very well and hold her close as one of our best friends (along with her hubby, Lowell). Knowing Susan reflects her mother's qualities, in my opinion....and all the times she has spoken of Terry to me...all I know about Terry...tells me that Terry reflected JESUS to many, many folks. Jesus has welcomed her Home. Our prayers are with her family.

Susan was nice enough one afternoon while traveling south to meet me along highway 77 to share some of her homemade (and healthy) granola - her Mom (Terry) was riding with her and when we met and chatted briefly I couldn't help but notice that Terry had the same twinkle in her eye and contagious smile that Susan had - a lovely personality.
2 Corinthians 5:6-8 So we are always of good courage. We know that while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord, for we walk by faith, not by sight. Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
God Bless!!

Almost two years ago I was at sister Terry's hospital bed to pray during her serious illness. When I asked what she'd like me to pray, she quickly replied: "I want to go home, to my house- here!" As she replied, Holy Spirit revealed to me sister Terry in her prayer closet engaging the enemy on behalf of her family & friends. We all prayed in symphony for her to return to her home in West Jefferson, and PTL, that's where she went. And there she remained until last week when she went to her eternal home; her work here was completed. So much more to share, not now, but later. RIP my Sister. May God continue to bless your "effectual fervent prayers". And Peace to you dear loved ones. She is now Home! AMEN.

My friend, my sister in Christ and my confidant. She helped me thru so many things and I felt like she was my sister. She touched many lives with her love. She also, kept Pastor straight. She is up there looking down on us and saying "Just you wait and see how beautiful Heaven is. Love you Terry.

Susan,Peggy & family,We are so sorry Miss Terry had to leave us here but so happy that she is home with Jesus now.She was always such a dear friend when we attended First Assembly for many years. She was always concerned about our daughter who was having some problems at that time, and every time I saw her she would ask about Darlene and tell me she was praying for her and all of us. What a true child of God she was! I'll never forget her and her sweet smile and words of encouragement, and the birthday cards she sent me. May God Bless you all.Miss Terry,I'll see you again someday in GLORY LAND!
