Theresa "Terry" Marie Savard Chamberlain, born March 7, 1926 in Lowell, Massachusetts, entered the gates of heaven into the presence of her Savior and King on Saturday October 27, 2012. She is survived by her two daughters, Marguerite "Peggy" Lou Chamberlain Hoefl and Susan Marie Chamberlain Shipe, their spouses, Bob and Lowell (NC), seven grandchildren: Paula (& Bobby) Huscroft (Texas), Debra Hoefl (Florida), Chrissie (& Rodney) Lee (Charlotte), Bobby (& Teresa) Hoefl (Charlotte), Marni (& Tom) Nicholas (Statesville), Mark (& Maria) Leach (Florida) and Michael Leach (Florida). Ten great grandchildren: Krista Thies, Ashley Stanger, Cara Hoefl, Alexis Lee, Hannah Leach, Talor Lee, Christopher Valle, Joey Hoefl, Simon Nicholas, and Lea Hoefl; and, three great-great grandchildren: Malaya, Kaileen and Keeara Leaper; three sisters Mary (NJ), Marge (Ohio), Celia (Idaho). Bob, her brother, deceased and Esther his wife (NJ). And an innumerable number of nieces and nephews located all over the United States. Ms. Chamberlain worked in hospital administration most of her career years and moved to Boone NC in 1991 and to West Jefferson in 1993. Terry was a faithful member of First Assembly of God in Jefferson NC. Terry's life and her love of the Lord Jesus touched many lives - she served others by baking and praying for them. She leaves a legacy of faith and service to those she leaves behind. She will be missed by so many. Mrs. Chamberlain's life will be celebrated & remembered on November 24, 2012 at 1 p.m. at First Assembly of God Jefferson NC. Friends are welcome.
