Mrs. Clayton was a special lady to me. One of my fondest memories will be her boiled cookies. When they were warm, she would serve them on a saucer with a spoon. I loved them! In fact, boiled cookies are now what I always take to get-togethers. They're best when they are warm and gooey! Thanks for the legacy, Mrs. Clayton.
