I was deeply saddened and cried for your loss. Wayne was a family friend since before I was born. My grandma, my mother and myself loved Wayne. I know he used to be friends with my grandpa, Tom. So we share a lot of memories with him. He had such a great heart and loved animals. I will miss him. I am so sorry.

I cannot begin to say how I feel about the loss of Wayne Finley. My father in law lived with us for 27 years. Always with family there are ups and downs but I did everything in my power to make his life as good as possible. Wayne had his favorite things. He liked to watch television, Westerns mainly we have watched a many of an episode of Bonanza and Gunsmoke together. He loved bluegrass music the Gary Poe show. He loved going to Hardees and the senior center. I always remember his trips to Cherokee to Harrahs with Claude Severt and how when he won a little he couldn't wait to go back but when he lost he really swore he would never go back again. He loved biscuits and gravy and pancakes for breakfast and Chicken and dumplings, Pintos and killed lettuce. He grew up hard and never had a lot but he had a good since of humor, liked to aggravate in a good way. Very independent and didn't want anyone to take that away. This is only a few things that I know about Wayne but I do know that he will be missed and my life is now changing forever. Such a tragic loss and wrongful death after 89 years. He was right with the lord and is now in a better place.I'll miss you Wayne.

I am so sorry for your loss. The Bible provides comfort during these difficult times. Revelation 21:3-4 states, And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. Very soon now, we will never experience losing our loved ones in death. Hope these words give you a new hope.
