Little Did We Know
Little did we know that God would call your name this day. In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone. For part of us went with you the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories.Though we cannot see you, you are always on our side. Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same. As God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
You are in my thoughts and prayers.Thank you for letting me get to know your family.

I remember all the good times we had at baptist home church. There was more love there in our little church than any where I can remember...Jennifer my prayers are with you and the family. And always remember I'm here if you need me.

The Final Flight
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free,
I'm following the path God laid for me.
I took his hand when I heard his call,
I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day,
To laugh, to love, to work, to play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way,
I've found that peace at the end of the day.
If my parting has left a void,
Then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss,
Ah, yes, these things too I will miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow,
I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My Life's been full, I savoured much,
Good friends, good times, a loved one' touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief,
Don't lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your heart and share with me,
God wanted me now, He set me free.

Words, however kind,
can't mend your heartache:
but those who care and
share your loss wish you
comfort and peace of mind.
May you find strength
in the love of family
and in the warm embrace
of friends.
Feeling your loss, Love and
Deepest Sympathy,

Stephanie and Rachel I am so sorry to hear about your dad. What a blessing your family has always been in my life. I have often thought of all of the great times we spent playing in the yard and watch that silly dragon show while our parents played cards together. Please tell Abby that she is greatly missed at the daycare and give her a big hug and kiss. If you all need anything please call me at anytime. Love always Renee Weaver and family.

My thoughts and prayers go out to each of you. It was an honor to be with you as Bro. Tommy went home to the Lord. May the Lord touch and comfort each of you as only He can. This quote helped me so much as my dad died a month ago (8-8-08).
“I am standing upon the seashore.
A ship at my side spreads her white
sails to the morning breeze and starts
for the blue ocean.
She is an object of beauty and strength.
I stand and watch her until at length
she hangs like a speck of white cloud
just where the sea and sky come
to mingle with each other.
Then, someone at my side says;
"There, she is gone!"
"Gone where?"
Gone from my sight. That is all.
She is just as large in mast and hull
and spar as she was when she left my side
and she is just as able to bear her
load of living freight to her destined port.
Her diminished size is in me, not in her.
And just at the moment when someone
at my side says, "There, she is gone!"
There are other eyes watching her coming,
and other voices ready to take up the glad
shout;
"Here she comes!"
And that is dying.
