My condolences to Rick's family and friends. I just found out today he had passed from a coworker. I was a Inspector on many of Rick's crews construction projects going back to the early 90's in Matthews, NC then again in various locations in NC.
Rick, my life was enhanced by knowing you, I thank you for that. God speed....

I didnt know the family but worked at one of the hotels that Rick stayed at with his crew, he always had a smile on his face, always showing pics of his dog and grandchildren. I am sorry for you loss and will keep your family in my thoughts at this time.

To The Family:
I am so saddened to hear of Rick's passing. Even though I did not know him personally, I knew Jim (Rick's brother) and of course Judy is just like a sister (my neighbor) here in North Wilkesboro. To Jamey & Joey - guys, I am so sorry about your uncle. If his million $ personality was anything like Jim's, he was a leader and loved by many! Yet it saddens me that you have lost another member of your Dad's family.

I am so sorry for your loss. Although, I do not know your family personally, I would like to share some encouraging thoughts from the Bible. The Bible provides comfort during these difficult times. Revelation 21:3-4 states, And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. Very soon now, we will never experience losing our loved ones in death and we will be able to see them again once they resurrected as per John 5:28-29. May these words give you a new hope.

Betty,
I am so sorry for your loss of Rick. I was his supervisor at Raco for 2 years. Rick taught me just about everything that I knew about the cable business. We became best friend right from the beginning and I loved him very much, I will always remember him and the time we worked together.
