Strength. If a Eddie could be summed up in only a word. In his person, in his character and in his love. Even if one wasn't fortunate enough to know him before he left this temporal life and entered into the beautiful and eternal, you would need only look into the eyes of his daughters and see his unwavering strength staring back at you. The immense ache of his sudden absence must be, can only be, eased by the realization of the wonderful and unbreakable legacy of that strength that the Lord blessed Eddie Adams to distribute among all those that cherished him. Thank you Lord for sharing him as long as you did and thank you Eddie for the priceless treasures you left us with. Love and prayers to all affected by this loss.

Know that the entire family is in our thoughts and prayers during this time. Hold true to your faith and know that there is always a Master's plan at work, we may not understand it or want to accept it but we must trust in it. Eddie will always be that special little kid to me with that twinkle in his eye and a grin telling you he was up to something. I consider that it was a honor to have been a part of Eddie's early life--going to church--and our families always visiting back and forth.
